Delivery time: The sooner your order your rings, the better! For mixed metal rings please allow one to two weeks for production, plus an additional period for shipping time. Solid gold rings from Reflective Images can take two to four weeks. Those created by by Katherine Aberle’s studio can take four to five weeks. Very often we can accommodate a rush order, even if it is under two weeks before your wedding. Call us toll free at 1-888-733-5238 to discuss what we can do.
Please enter the date you need the rings in the Date Jewelry Needed box during checkout. This will help us make sure the rings arrive in time. Please enter the real date you need the rings. We will not start making a ring for you unless we are certain we can meet an agreed upon deadline for delivery. Writing ASAP in the date box will delay your order because we will have to contact you to find the real date to before starting the rings!
Correct Sizing is Critical! Please be certain of your ring size, to the ¼ size, before ordering. Any jewelry store should be able to size you. It is best to bring any jeweler a ring in that fits comfortably on the finger that you will use to wear your new ring. That ring can be sized on a mandrill. Otherwise, you will have to use a sizing band. If it is not convenient to see a jeweler, we can send you a sizing band free of charge. With a sizing band, determining ring size can depend upon how wide the ring is, and whether or not it is comfort fit. With Katherine Aberle’s rings, which are comfort fit, it is best to use a narrow sizing band, except if the ring you are purchasing is over 7mm. For these wider widths, use a wide sizing band. For rings made at Reflective Images, including mixed metal and solid gold rings, measure your finger with a wide band sizing band.
Our ring sizes are based on the U.S. and Canadian standard. If you are ordering from a country that uses a different standard (such as Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland, or Japan) please state (in the comments section during checkout) your ring size and the standard on which your size is based, and we will convert it.
We can engrave your ring for you here in Santa Fe. The cost is $6 per letter, with a minimum fee four letters, which is $26. Any character, including symbols, such as &, are considered letters for engraving. Please note that engraved wedding rings are non-returnable and non-refundable. It’s possible to engrave your ring at any time, before or after the ceremony. It takes approximately one week. Rush engraving is possible. If you want us to engrave your ring, please call us so we are sure to get the right information.
Engagement/Wedding Rings Sets: Since the rings are made individually by hand, if you order an engagement ring and want a matching wedding ring, it is generally best to order the set at the same time or they will not match. If you order them separately and want them to match you will need to send us the first ring so we can match the next one to it.
Deposit: We charge in full before production starts, unless other arrangements are made. We are open to taking a 50% deposit upon starting production and charging the balance when shipping.
30 Day Returns: Our wedding rings are unconditionally guaranteed and may be returned within 30 days for a refund if the ring is in original condition. These rings can be returned for 100% store credit, good for the purchase of anything on celticjewelry.com. This second purchase is non-returnable. If you want a refund, we charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note that once a ring order is placed, it is in production and subject to our return policy. If you do return rings, please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. The restocking fee does not apply to engagement ring center diamonds.
Large and Small Sizes: If you need a size outside what is shown, please call us to place your order. We do make rings smaller than 5 and larger than 12. They are considered special orders and are not returnable.
Shipping: We ship fully insured FedEx. Please use a street address, not a PO box on your address information. International shipping is subject to additional charges depending on country and shipping method. Email us for specific information on your international order.
Canadian Customers: Please note that PST and GST still apply. NAFTA does not change this.
