Resizing Rings and Bracelets

Resizing is free if you return a piece of jewelry to us within 30 days. All that is required is that you pay for shipping to our shop. 

After 30 days, please see the table below for charges associated with resizing.

Below are the fees for enlarging or reducing rings by Katherine Aberle up to one full size. It's actually possible to reduce or enlarge the ring more than a full size as well, but we need to price those on a case by case basis. All include our costs in FedEx to and from Katherine Aberle’s studio, and then to you.

Single color rings without gemstones – can be enlarged or reduced ½ size for $80. Resizing ¾ to one full size costs $180.

Two-color rings – can be enlarged or reduced up to one full size for $210

Rings with gemstones – can be enlarged or reduced up to one full size for $210

Platinum rings – can be resized up to one full size, depending upon the ring. The cost is determined by the market price of platinum and degree of resizing.

Antiqued rings – antiqued rings that are resized will need to be re-antiqued ($20).
