Jewelry on this website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, less the cost of shipping. We have a few exceptions to this policy which are clearly noted in our menu selections: mainly extremely large or small size rings and bracelets which we custom make to order. Returned items must be in original condition. Please package the item carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend shipping UPS or FEDEX, as the post office in New Mexico can be extremely slow in getting packages to us, and packages can be difficult to trace.

Refunds:

A check will be issued within ten working days of receiving an item back in its original condition.
